our service

cico helps you access lower hotel prices by sourcing rates available through travel partners. we do not own or operate hotels. we facilitate access to better pricing.

how pricing works

prices are sourced from third-party suppliers and partners
rates may change based on availability, timing, and supplier conditions
we do not guarantee that a lower price will always be available

payments

you only pay a service fee when savings are identified and accepted by you
in most cases, bookings are prepaid to secure the rate
any applicable taxes (including gst) may be charged additionally

bookings & confirmations

your booking is confirmed only after full payment and supplier confirmation
final booking details will be shared once processed
we are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or hotels

cancellations & refunds

cancellation and refund policies depend on the hotel and rate selected. please refer to our refund policy for detailed terms.

user responsibility

you must provide accurate booking details (dates, names, preferences)
you are responsible for reviewing booking terms before confirmation
any errors in information may impact your booking

limitations

we do not guarantee availability of specific hotels or rooms
we are not liable for hotel service quality, cancellations, or operational issues
we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party failures

intellectual property

all content, branding, and materials on cico are owned by ribble payment technologies llp and may not be used without permission.

modifications

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
